Blackout Dates & Caps
- Blackouts: Valentine’s week, Mother’s Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Dec 15 – Jan 5, and select peak dates. On blackouts, room discount capped at 5%; no F&B discount.
- Per-event discount caps as listed in each plan apply to combined eligible discounts.
- Credits (add-on / beverage) expire 12 months from issuance and are non-transferable.
- Maximum occupancy: 45 guests. Staffing set at 1 attendant per 15 guests for catered events.
